At Woolish, our mission is to minimize the burden our production and supply chain places upon the environment. The life cycle of our products begins with ethically sourced materials and ends with the ability to recycle the item. Recycling wool is easy; it’s biodegradable and can be reused in a variety of sectors. You only need one thing to produce the amazing, 100% natural wool - a happy and healthy sheep. The sheep, however, require water, air, sun, room to wander around and fresh grass to eat. We’ve extensively researched our suppliers to ensure we only use manufacturers who comply with the highest EU environmental standards. No polluting chemicals. Minimal waste. Efficient factories. And, as much as possible, clean energy. As much as we love our sheep, there is a part of the process that’s even more important: people. Regardless of the stage or type of the production, it all comes down to people. We care about people. Especially our people - the people who work so hard in helping us fulfil our woolish mission.
