Typical Freaks is a collaborative street wear brand based in London with an emphasis on conceptual prints and unique hand made textiles. Designers, LCF Womenswear graduate Sonia Xiao and CSM MA graduate Seun Ade-Onojobi present capsule, exclusive collections that are made with love and designed to tell a story.

Battle for the Pacific

Taking inspiration from military battles that occurred during World War 2 of the same name, the collection draws on influences including Jamie Hewlett's iconic comic, 'Tank Girl', as well as the antithesis between indigenous Islander prints, and their more common and contemporary counterparts, such as Hawaiian shirts. Each piece is lovingly and individually made, utilising hand painting,distressing and artisinal techniques to give each garment its own character and make it special and unique to each particular wearer.
