Tiffany Baehler is a young jewellery designer, graduated in June 2014 from the BA (Hons) Jewellery Design course at Central Saint Martins in London. Born in Geneva, Switzerland, she first studied fine jewellery at the CFPAA (Centre de Formation Professionnelle des Arts Appliqués) where she graduated with honours and obtained the CFC (Federal Certificate of Capacity) and professional maturity.

Ambitious and passionate about art and design, she decided to study at the famous Central Saint Martins in order to acquire a solid education and benefit from a different approach to design.

Her studies and experience give her the freedom to develop her imagination and find new goals. Imagination, design and development of ideas are the three important motivations in her life. Always looking for new challenges, she is always looking to innovate and to develop new techniques. Fascinated by the visual and aesthetic, she likes to observe elements of daily life and finds her inspirations in what surrounds her, from forms found in nature, to clean and minimal shapes found in architecture, product design or even graphic design. Precise and meticulous, she likes to express herself and communicate through jewellery design while respecting and highlighting the materials.

Her handmade designs are executed with impeccable attention to detail and finish. Based on her personal experiences, her work tries to convey a specific emotion; according to her, jewellery should be audacious, timeless and should surprise.

During her studies she distinguished herself and has received several awards: the Avakian Scholarship 2013-2014/CSM, the Solange Azagury-Partridge Award 2014/CSM, the Precious Metal Bursary 2014 from the Goldsmiths’ Company, the Swarovski Award 2014/CSM, she is selected for the Theo Fennell Gemstone Ring Design 2014/CSM and won the 2nd prize of the Cartier Award 2013/CSM to name the most recent ones.
