Born and raised in Mumbai, India, Amala graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2020. Designer Amala Pendse launched her eponymous label in 2021. She reckons that habiliments should signify and augment the distinctive style of an individual. Studio Amala embodies a perfect amalgamation of contemporary fashion with a vintage charm. The style exudes a ritzy allure that's understated yet enticing.
Our Commitment To Sustainability
Studio Amala believes that sustainability is a framework where small steps lead to colossal changes. Keeping the significance of preserving our ecology and environment in mind, all the designs are handcrafted by local artisans. The clothes are made from recycled and regenerated yarns, catering to the ethos of sustainable fashion. The fabrics are sourced ethically and use sustainable materials (biodegradable) like cupro satin, modal crepe and cupro silk (vegan silk). Our packaging is completely plastic-free and reusable.
Our goals align with the UN's Sustainability Goals.
