A Fashion Design Graduate from National Institute of Fashion Technology, Launched its first exclusive women’s wear Summer 2017 Collection at India Runway Week Season 8.The collection depicts our society- the lives of different individuals living around us. Everybody differs in their choices, thoughts, backgrounds, but somehow they all fit in somewhere or the other, just like a Mosaic.
Started in the industry by working in a renowned export house in Bangalore for Brands such as Ann Taylor, GAP, MATALAN, Banana Republic, C&A Yessica, J.Jill, Eddie Bauer, J.C.Penny, etc. as a Women’s wear Designer. Later launched her own start up Clothing Company – S-LAZ Designs,with a vision to offer stylish clothing with comfort to the masses; it deals in ethnic and western women’s wear, whereas the other sub brand S-LAZ is exclusive designer wear , catering to the global market.

Calendered Morsels

The collection is inspired from the lives of different individuals living around us. Everybody has different choices, thoughts, backgrounds, but somehow everybody fits in somewhere or the other, just like a Mosaic. It revolves around the concept of no one being a misfit in the society. We all have or make our own special places. The floral and geometrical multi-color embroidery patterns and handwork represents the colorful personality on a plain canvass i.e solid skin tone.
A Funky yet Elegant tone embodies the collection with simple yet beautiful shapes. Unique pieces exuding modernity and classic style surpasses the shades of skin color (referred as blank canvass) with multi-color embroideries and handwork in green, Light blue, Orange, Fuschia and shades of Yellow. Feminine, uncomplicated forms perfectly highlight the combination of light and flowy fabrics such as- Georgette and Silk.
Lot of Frills, layers, shirring, stonework perfectly compliments the simple silhouettes adding to their distinctive appeal of fun and festive collection. Tailoring beautifully enhances the body whilst exaggerating key areas such as shoulder, waist line and hip.
