Jewelry designer Natalija Steina Wortman first became captivated with the artistry of minerals, gems, and rocks on the beaches of her native Latvia, where she gathered prehistoric amber.
After finishing a successful career in higher education and earning two Masters’ degrees, she now devotes all her time and talent to designing jewelry, exploring New York City and taking care of her husband and adopted rescue pit bull. She attended numerous jewelry design courses, first at Honolulu Art Academy, and then at the Fashion Institute of Technology…Each piece of jewelry is carefully hand-crafted by Natalija in her studio in New York City.
