I am a knitwear and surface designer interested in creating fashion forward knit pieces. I was born in the Dominican Republic. In 2010, I graduated Magna Cum Laude and received the Amber Thimble Price at Altos de Chavon School of Design in the Dominican Republic. I applied to Pratt Institute where I received the International Merit Based Scholarship from 2010 to 2014. I won a competition sponsored by Papyrus. My paper dress was displayed in the Soho Papyrus store during New York Fashion Week 2011. Recently I obtained my bachelors degree in May 2013.
