ONCE

Once is an exclusive fashion studio. We believe in slow, individual fashion, in clothes that transcend styles and trends. Most of our garments are one-of-a-kind pieces, built around antique lace and other traditional textiles gathered from around the world.

The lace collars and other elements we use span from the Victorian and Edwardian eras, to the mid-twentieth century. They are exquisite examples of the finest styles and techniques from each period, most of them hand-made.

The lace, after restoration, is given a second life in custom made garments - each designed to complement the chosen collar or lace, giving it a contemporary interpretation. The result is an elegant and unique garment, one that tells a story of then and now.
