A new fashion label designing t-shirts? Boring! But not this time. If look at Odio's products, you can clearly see that the choice of the medium is a result of ingeniousness, not a lack of idea. The uniqueness of each piece which results from a unique manufacturing process has made Odio a favorite amongst Poland's musicians, trendy bloggers and alt-celebrities, both as an everyday wear and a fashion piece.
Born in the city of Łódź, a former industrial wasteland now turned into a bustling cultural centre, the label embraces the best of these two heritages. The designing process that involves adding a personal touch to an otherwise strict industrial printing method, the general lack of size tables and gender-orientation, and an affordable price constitute a label that's both highly classy and humbly low-profile.
Label's founder and designer Aleksandra Ozimek is turning her every piece a miniature work of art, one that is dazzling it's audience with texture, gloss and density of the print (the factors that are considered flaws in the standard industrial printing) but also one that is pushing boundaries typically found in the fashion business.
