I am a Berlin based fashion and costume Designer and live in Berlin since 2016.
I graduated 2023 from the HTW Berlin with a best Graduate Master Degree in Fashion Design.
In General I specialized in the creation of unique collections working with different upcycling techniques
as well as print and fabric attributes. My Designs have abstract and artistic shapes and usually consist a lot of Voluminous features.

Delightful horror

In this collection, I am guided by the aesthetic theory of the sublime and beautiful by the philosopher Edmund Burke, who for the first time distinguishes the sublime from the beautiful: Burke defines the sublime as a “delightful horror”,
which is how the title of my collection came about.
In the collection, I refer to his theory of aesthetics and how this can be perceived in today’s fashion. The Sublime properties are represented by large silhouettes, oversized collars, extended and dynamic shapes and artificially created infinity (succession: repetition of the same shapes aka BUBBLES). All these features and the contrast
of bright and dark materials, which usually have a rough, plastic surface, create something powerful.
The collection is intended to create an illusion in the viewer and push him to the limits of his imagination, make him shiver at first, through the large dimensions and then arouse admiration in him through the novelty and uniqueness of the individual pieces.
A joyful terror will be created: “delightful Horror”.
