Alchemical Rebis is born as a personal need to research who i am and from where my aesthetics values have been influenced.
In plato's symposium a story is told of a creature half male and half female with a rounded body with two sex organs called androgynous. the androgynes together with the other creatures half males half females were physically strong to aspire to clim the olympus and dethrone the gods. zeus, pushed by an increasing worry, decided to split all the androgynes to make them weak. since then, every human being is constantly looking to find the lost half.

the collection explores with different prints the union of these souls looking into alchemy. silhouettes are taken from the victorian period and juxtaposed with the male aesthetics of the 30s in america and europe.
