Jing Zhou is a contemporary womenswear fashion brand. It is headed up by designer JING ZHOU originating from China. Jing started to study fashion design and engineering in China 2009. After finish bachelor degree in Wuhan Textile University in China 2013, Jing move to London continue to study womenswear design in London College of Fashion.Her final major collection presents in LCF press show 2017. As a fashion designer, Jing not only focus on pattern cutting but developing new materials and texture. Fascinating by vacuum packaging idea in graduate collection, vinyl materials are extensively designed in this collection. Wearable avant-garde art become her own fashion design signature.

This collection was inspired by a seres of artwork from the Iranian visual artist Shirin Neshat. This collection shows the internal contradictions between Islam and the West, femininity and masculinity, tradition and modernity, and beauty and violence, gender and sexuality. To explore femininity and masculinity, most pieces come from deconstructed menswear. Inspired by vacuum packaging idea, some of menswear pieces are vacuumed into vinyl materials. The whole collection present a avant-garde sexy style.
