INA KENT presents the new fall/winter collection 16/17. The special energy of
Cat Power‘s interpretation of the song “Paths of Victory“ is reflected in the collection of the same name. It is a minimalistic piece, carried by the singer‘s rough and at the same time frail voice, and atmospherically marked by the optimism that pierces the bluesy melancholy. Out of this, the designer created the basis for her collection, developing an elegantly reduced range of colors that is dominated by a noble black, gently shimmering tones of silver and grey, and a fine rosè. The core characteristics of the collection are clean cuts that create a sculptural image and the combination of different leathers with silky fur. They lend harmonious variety to the six new bag styles, two wallets and two cases.
The elegant shopper STARLIT impresses with its sculpturally draped and softly flo- wing fur with a silver-finish. It is lined and provides a large zippered interior compartment.
Also C.STROLL, which can be transformed into a backpack, as well as casual medium unisex bag ROVE and practically sized adventurer STRAYCAT follow the characteristic hobo-bag look.
Cubic and simple appear the two small-size satchel bags EX CUBE and HI-CUBE, both made of sturdy leather. The latter one is equipped with sophisticated lining and several zippered inside compartments.
The label‘s intrinsic demand of maximal organization and minimal weight follow the styles CHIEF, a large wallet with removable, zippered inside pockets, and also PORTY, the mini-wallet that offers space for the basic equipment and is provided with a separate coin case.
The collection is rounded off by two cases: the angular and simple leather clutch COUVERT, as wel as the round and lined small bag ESSENCE.
A special highlight of the collection is a limited edition of the popular style MOONLIT in extraordinary designs: the material-mix of soft leather and glossy fur, and, also one variant of velvety vintage-leather in fine rosy and silver tones.
