Born in San Franciso, Dominican Republic. Up and coming Dominican designer Sigfrido Holguin has cultivated a storybook chic with a sure hand and a steady dose of wit. His handbag designs exude urban cool with downtown attitude.

His work includes edgy apparel collaborations with bespoke tailors, innovative textiles, handbags and accessories with iconic silhouettes that inspire an enviable desire for the good things in life.

His Caribbean roots and New York City hustle inspire the passion for color and material. He has a passion for the sublime and a keen understanding of his craft. His award winning design have been honored with the Parsons / CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America) Award and the CITDA Computer Integrated Textile Design Association Award and his work was featured in the 'Dominican Designers in New York' exhibition.

He studied at Altos de Chavon School of Design and received his BFA in Fashion design from Parsons the New School for Design.

Hoxton is a project born out of a respect for artisanal craft and iconic sculptural form. Our approach to design aims to make the experience of objects more meaningful, through beautiful silhouettes and touchable supple textures. We collaborate with local makers, and use the finest materials from Italian leather to custom and creative hardware. Projects range from limited edition leather handbags and fashion accessories to exploratory apparel.

Our premier collection of handbags are all made of the finest Italian leathers and unique details in the hardware and bold colors. These handbags are designed and made by hand in New York City.
