The project "Knocking On The Wood" is inspired firstly by believes in superstitions and divination's and secondly by the national Georgian folk costume. Each of the jewelry items in this collection is inspired by the true story or a memory based on particular superstition, which has been passing from generation to generation in my family. In addition to that, materials used in the jewelry such as glass, horsehair or garnet stones are as well closely related with personal memories from the family archive.
