For S/S 2006, Rei Kawakubo showed her Comme des Garcons Homme Plus collection called "Rip&Tongue", paying homage to The Rolling Stones and their famous band logo, the Tongue. Later, getting in contact with these outstanding pieces at Harvey Nichols London, this collection aroused my interest in Avant-garde menswear for the first time ever.
This first student mini-collection, consisting of three outfits, payed tribute to Kawakubo's great collection and presentation as well as to the fantastic Rolling Stones themselves.
