"Rust" is a collection deeply inspired by real individuals in the artist's life who seemed lost amidst a landscape of greed, anger, and vanity. These are people who have forsaken their souls to destruction and decay, tethering their visions to darkness. Yet, hope remains a constant motif in the artist's life and designs, serving as an indispensable means of transitioning from darkness to light. As such, "hope" remains a prevalent element in all of Saaku's projects.
