030497 explores domestic abuse within Chinese Society and the notion of ‘face’, inspired by personal experiences from the designer.

The aim of this collection is to raise awareness about domestic abuse between siblings in Hong Kong. This awareness will be achieved via working with women’s foundations in Hong Kong, that fight for women rights and provide protection from domestic violence.

This collection consists of 8 experimental womenswear looks for Spring/Summer 2019. The concept is shown in the garments through the application of hand embroidery.
