Tibetan Brocade fabric called Gyanta Silk is handwoven and is made in Varanasi, India.
I love working with this fabric and the weavers involved with making Tibetan Silk. After the design is set, I like giving it a unique silk lining which I find in Old bazaars of India and is usually a vintage Sari.
Our Brocade Collection is dedicated to women who fought and are fighting for free Tibet movement. A percentage of profit is donated to Womens Tibetan Association in Tibet.
