Exploring new print techniques on African fabrics – particularly Guinea Brocade. Modern designs are applied to fabric digitally. This collection is an homage to evolution of African print design. The motif – a simple repeat pattern of a flower in black surrounded by splashes of colour to bring it to life. A strong, bold print is then softened by the cream based Guinea brocade fabric.
