One of the central philosophies of this collection was to have control over the legacy of the garments. ‘On Borrowed Fabric’ considers The collection's future as waste at the outset rather than leaving a mess for someone else to clean up. The construction of each garment uses as little intervention as possible to morph fabric into garment, keeping the material as closely related to its raw form as possible. The clothes have been designed to remove the obstacles that might inhibit someone's ability to chop up my collection into their own.
