The collection was inspired by Structure, Transparency and Architecture. I mixed the simple and feminine shapes with straight lines, repetitive, geometric patterns. I wanted to express this duality: flexible and light knitted "envelope" with rigid and atypical materials. I knitted by hand this collection on a 40 year old Passap Duomatic domestic machine which allows me to stop the knitting, open the two beds and put the materials between the two knitted layers. This technique gave me inspiration for my collection.
