The Northern Lights are an atmospheric natural phenomenon that are regarded as the holy grail of skywatching. Aptly described as a celestial ballet of light dancing across the night, they light up the star filled sky with a colour palette of greens, blues, pinks and purples. Having lived in Canada for 12 years, viewing the Northern Lights never got old! The incredible display would appear and disappear unexpectedly, and no matter what, it was always a breathtaking experience.
