If it's a world you intended to get lost in, your desire to return to the world you came from will gradually diminish. Your new world will become your new reality.

If it's a world you got lost in unintentionally, then depending upon the nature of that world your reactions will vary. A world that is inhospitable will force you to retreat to the current world by any means. A pleasant world, on the other hand, will allow you to get lost in it even further, knowingly or unknowingly.

The conclusion is, we're all searching for our utopia.
