“WINDSWEPT” THE COLLECTION
Inspired by the idea of Modern Mulan who embraces both her masculine and feminine side, the collection welcomes spring and explores the juxtaposition of dimension and fluidity, architectural versus organic forms. It is the idea of breaking free from winter, free from restrictions and taking flight in the warm breeze. Inspirations are drawn from Asian American artist, Tracie Cheng’s artworks such as “Spirit Descends” and “Above the Depths” which conveys a parallel aesthetic as Arete.
