"TO GRANNY بيبي" is a collection close to the heart of designer Aloïse, being an exploration of her grand-mother Betty's Iraqi identity.
Through this project, we aim to honour Betty's original culture and heritage. While exploring how her role as a woman/wife/mother in England become more important to her than her Iraqi cultural identity and heritage.
