Inspired by my family home in New Jersey, and the collecting/hoarding that occurs there. Utilizing vintage textiles and repurposed materials, I created looks that bring collected objects back into a scenario where humans can interact with and appreciate them. The practice of Bricolage (making due with whatever is on hand, and creating new pieces from that which already exists) heavily influenced the process.
