Streamline AW14

The collection is design for a higher market level and shows the other possibility of the print. This project wants to show the power and aspect of femininity. Moreover, how woman are compared to objects specifically cars in modern life is inspired fashion a lot.
These days that is already been patrilineal society for a long time, the standard of beauty have been specify by man’s view and female are live for pleasing male. Women always are comparing with car according to male’s enthusiasm of technology and the industry always put a good-looking women with a car no matter on advertisement or trade fair to attract male. The fluid shape of a perfect female body and the streamlined car shape have an interaction effect either in a sexual way or visual way. Furthermore, auto industry and fashion industry influence and inspired each other a lot. This project are aim to show the female peculiar curvaceous beauty and combine with the automotive design develop them in a 3D way. It also translates the kind of soft feminine beauty into a solid way.
Prints are place from top to the bottom and warp around the body and it gradient into different color. It create the feeling of the prints are actually moving around the body and highlight the feminine curves.
