Sea On Fire

Sea battles and seascapes depicted by the greatest master of marine art Ivan Aivazovsky are a major source of inspiration for "Sea on Fire" collection.
I was always deeply influenced and amazed by Russian painters. They always seemed to me so sincere, so strong, and so natural. Maybe it's because of my Russian roots I'm so proud of? Ivan Aivazovsky, the Russian painter of Armenian heritage, has enchanted me since my early childhood and up to the present day. How is it possible to develop such play of light, such physical expressiveness of painted surfaces, and such a mixture of elements? Is it possible to get a little bit closer to his genius and to create the same expressiveness in the textiles and at the same time not to copy him? A lot of textile experiences, fabric manipulations, millions of stitches, thousands of rows, kilometers of yarns… and here I have my "Sea on Fire" collection.
The avant-garde knitwear collection includes handmade couture pieces, luxury sweaters, leather accessories, customized footwear and exclusive beanies.
