The story behind the AEM brand is to take a vintage piece, bring it back to life and turn it into a contemporary design. Materials are sourced from all over the world, searching for those unique items with history and character. Taking historical pieces collected through the years and combining them with a range of materials, he fuses them into a modern design for today’s wearer. The designs are bespoke and are a reflection of the past and the present.

The collections are inspired from his surroundings, such as art, people, film, places and the love for all things old, especially vintage because the pieces tend to have spirit and substance. The AEM belief is that with each vintage item, a part of the original owner travels with it, only adding and giving the item an essence and individuality, ready for the next chapter of their life, to be transformed into something unique and wearable. Each item has survived throughout the years and continues to live on.
