Filip Kozak - a fashion and footwear designer. Noticed by Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, and Lana Del Rey. He doesn't limit himself in creating bold designs, drawing inspiration from various realms of pop culture, queer themes, and social phenomena. He consistently collaborates with Drag Queens and the ballroom scene.
He sees fashion as both entertainment and a medium for addressing issues important to him. His latest collection, "Crush," expresses rebellion against discrimination towards sexual minorities in Poland.

Crush

"Crush" is a rebellion against the discrimination of sexual minorities in Poland. The collection represents my reaction to the verbal and physical aggression that the LGBT+ community experiences from politicians, the church, and Polish society. I directly address the hurtful words of politicians like "LGBT are not people" by deforming silhouettes and giving them an inhuman character through masks and accessories.
The visual motif that represents my collection is a heart surrounded by barbed wire. The heart - a symbol of love - in my collection represents the LEGAL love that LGBT+ individuals seek. The barbed wire is a symbol of aggression, exclusion, and limitations imposed on sexual minorities.
The fabrics used also hold significance. To create some of the silhouettes I used black tracksuits that refer to Polish chavs who are the main aggressors TOWARD the LGBT+ community.

The silhouettes from the "Crush" collection depict individuals who, in their desire for legal and safe love, become targets of aggression, exclusion, and dehumanization.
