The concept for Perennial’s capsule collection was inspired while taking a semester off from earning my BBA in strategic design and management from Parsons School for Design to study fashion at London College of Fashion. Somewhere between my daily commute to Oxford Street and my sustainable design courses I became suddenly and overwhelmingly aware of the impact an industry dependent on ever-evolving trends and mindless consumption.
