The brand PAAR was founded in 2003 by Paulina Villalpando, a self-taught Mexican jewelry and
accessories designer. Since its inception, PAAR has sold amazingly-designed pieces at affordable prices.
The essence of the brand is urban yet relaxed, and this is reflected through the constant
experimentation with textures and manufacturing methods. PAAR has shaped the accessories and
jewelry scene in Mexico, which for many years gave priority to a relatively conservative and older
market.
