The philosophy and characteristics of the colours I find to be more interesting than the colours themselves. In this collection, I designed pieces that are red without using the colour. Red is a mysterious colour – it’s associated with love but at the same time war. This juxtaposition inspired me to design pieces that are romantic yet bold, structured yet fluid, expressive yet subtle. This I believe is the colour red.
