The melancholy caused for growing up, the simplicity things had during childhood, the way it worked as a white canvas and the possibility it gave us to take any identity worked as inspiration for the designer Anna Magdaleno and her new brand "Amarillo.".
Using the title "Ain't a Kid No More", Amarillo. takes us to the past by employing fabrics like satin, leather and fake fur, seeking to make the collection enjoyable not only to the eyes but also the tact. The materials are represented in primary colors that go along with basic silhouettes based on different fictional characters, being complemented with a playful aesthetic that possess touches from the 90's and 2000's that are very rock band worthy.
"Ain't a Kid No More" defines itself as genderless, fun and genuine; it seeks to offer comfortable clothing that is also stylish, easy to use and share.
The production is made 100% in Mexico, having the city of Leon, Guanajuato standing out as the place where we produce our leather garments. We work with imported fabrics from Italy, United States and India, but we try to mainly use local products to support the Mexican industry.
